Key responsibilities:

  • Upload and manage products, including imagery, descriptions, and tags

  • Analyse performance metrics and optimise listings accordingly

  • Collaborate with marketing and customer support to ensure a smooth end-to-end experience

Requirements:

  • Experience with platforms such as Shopify or similar

  • Strong organisational and analytical skills

  • Working knowledge of SEO, conversion optimisation, and product lifecycle

3. Social Media Manager

Location: Remote (UK)
Type: Full-Time

Marwood & Pierce is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to bring our brand voice to life across digital platforms. You’ll lead the planning and execution of social campaigns that grow awareness, drive traffic, and build loyalty.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest

  • Engage with our audience and respond to comments/messages

  • Monitor trends, analyse performance, and continuously refine our strategy

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation

  • Strong visual storytelling and copywriting skills

  • An understanding of fashion and a sharp eye for aesthetics

4. Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for an organised and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to help execute brand campaigns and grow our online presence. From email marketing to promotional launches, you'll play a key role in shaping how customers discover and engage with Marwood & Pierce.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute email campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp

  • Assist in coordinating seasonal promotions and product launches

  • Analyse campaign performance to inform future initiatives

Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing, digital campaigns or brand coordination

  • Strong writing and project management skills

  • Familiarity with email tools, analytics, and basic design principles
