What is the delivery time?
Our delivery timeframe consists of two phases.
Processing time: Orders are reviewed, approved, and packed within 1–2 business days.
Shipping time: 6–12 business days.
Shipping is carried out by our trusted international logistics partners. Please note: all delivery times exclude potential customs delays. During peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or New Year, deliveries may take longer.

What does shipping cost?
We offer free premium worldwide shipping on all orders. This includes shipping insurance covering theft, loss, or damage during transit.

Where is my parcel?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
