Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who acts for purposes that are outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.)

Important: Returns must be sent to our warehouse in China
All returns must be sent to our warehouse in China. Returns sent to any other address cannot be processed. Please use a trackable shipping method and retain your proof of dispatch (e.g. tracking receipt).

Before returning an item, contact our customer service at info@marwoodandpierce.co.uk to receive the exact return address and instructions.

Right of Withdrawal – Timing
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 60 days without giving any reason. The 60-day withdrawal period starts:

• when you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods in full (for single deliveries); or

• when you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), receive the final item in the case of multiple deliveries.

To exercise this right, email your cancellation to info@marwoodandpierce.co.uk. You meet the deadline if your notice is sent before the 60-day period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments, including standard delivery costs (but excluding extra charges for non-standard delivery methods you selected).

The refund will be issued within 30 days of receiving your cancellation notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any refund fees.

We may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or until proof of return has been provided—whichever comes first.

Return Deadline and Costs
You must return the goods without undue delay, and no later than 30 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. The return deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before this 30-day period ends.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, features, and functioning.

Cancelling Orders
Orders can only be cancelled before processing and shipment. Once processed and dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may still make use of your 60-day right of withdrawal upon receipt of the goods.
